Return Policy
In case of size issues, the customer can raise a replacement request directly Sending mail to us at support@13dil.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Time Frame for Returns: within 7 days of delivery or purchase. Exceeding this time frame may result in the return being rejected.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must generally be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. If the product is damaged due to misuse, altered by the customer, or has a tampered label/packaging, it may not be accepted for return.
Return Process: We have a defined process for initiating a return. This involves contacting our customer service, submitting a return request online, or following specific instructions provided on the 13dil.com website.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are usually processed through the original payment method, and the process may take a few working days. Exchanges may be offered for different sizes of the product, depending on availability.
Sub:
- The product which is being returned needs to be intact with no damage to the product or the box packaging of the same.
- All accessories, freebies also must be returned in their original condition.
- Only size replacements will be possible. We do not allow color or style replacements.
- The stock for the desired size will be blocked only after the original product is picked up from the customer’s location. In the meanwhile, if the desired product runs out of stock,13dil.com will process a part or full refund (at the sole discretion of the management), for the product amount paid while placing the order.
- For manufacturing defects, the same product will be reshipped after the originally ordered product is picked up from the customer’s location.
- If coupon codes are used and the amount is to be refunded, the coupon code value will not be refunded or the code will not be reinstated.
- All orders that are approved for replacement will be picked up from the original address provided at the time of Delivery. No change of address can be accommodated during the pick-up of products.
- There will be no return or replacement given for any discounted merchandise
- All refunds are processed back to the customer’s original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made once the customer provides their bank details.
- Please note refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse & all quality and relevant checks are completed & found to be compliant to our satisfaction.
- For every mode of payment, it will take 10-12 working days to process the refund. The refund process will start once we receive the product in our warehouse.
